We travelled far and wide this month, all the way out to Scarborough. The shot above was taken of the stunning Apartment block right by beach! This month we welcomed on two new clients, Marnie Adams from MA Realty and Andy Gou from Place Sunnybank. It’s always exciting bringing on new people as we get to have fun making videos in new styles to fit their needs!
It’s been a great month sales wise for all of our clients. Every single house we have done videos for this month has been under contract within days of completion and sale prices have just been sky rocketing. For example 43 Rochdale Avenue that Nick Bowen sold went for $870,000, that’s a gain of $375,000 in just 7 years.

Deal of the month – Free Drone Upgrade
