Deception Bay Real Estate Videography, This was our first Shoot for Matu from Coronis! 

Being situated right next to the coast, you might assume that you’d be lacking a lot of modern amenities that you come to expect from modern living. I can tell you, this is not the case for 5 Townsville Crescent.  You at a 500 meter walk from the closest Super Market. 700m from the train line that can take you straight into the city and 1.2km from the beach! 

You have no excuse not to love this place! Just down the road, you’ll find Deception Bay State High School, a top tier school with beautiful sporting fields, making it the perfect school for your kids!

Wondering down to the beach you’ll find lovely walking tracks and playground for the kids. The wildlife reserve is a great place to spend some time, relaxing and enjoying nature, right on your own doorstep. 

As you can see, from the Video above, the video and Photos were taken on a beautiful day, with our editing skills, we made sure that it really pop’d!

We couldn’t be more proud of how the drone shots for this shoot turned out as well. Look at how stunning the water looks and it being so close to the house! You can take a short drive down to the brilliant Scarborough Beach, or a short walk down to the ocean side near Market Square!
