Premium Property Showcase – 91/113 Landsborough Avenue, Scarborough
For this shoot we got to travel up to the beautiful Scarborough for the lovely Marnie from Marnie Adams Reality. The sun was shining and we got a beautiful view of the Glass house mountains! One hour out of Brisbane, this gem of a home is perfect for another wanting to escape the city for a sea change while still having the conveniences of modern living. At the bottom of the apartment building you also have everything from a post office to the amazing Kashiwa Japanese Restaurant.
Twilight Photography in Scarborough
Even though we shot this during the middle of the day, the client asked for a dusk shoot. So we replaced the sky’s and it gave a beautiful ambiance to the whole shoot.
Editing: We did a full sky replacement, cleaned up cords and made the colours pop!

Aerial Photography
No matter which direction you look off the balcony, you will have an amazing view. Be it the glass house mountains or out to sea! The Aerial Photography of the Scarborough area is just beautiful. As you can see just in front of the apartments also you have a local park which is perfect for children and exercise! There is also the flagged portion of Scarborough Beach just a short walk through the park as well!

Black and White Floor plan, Easy to read and effective.
We added in a few little extras with this floor plan like the parking spaces and the storage area, these come at no extra cost!
All in all, we were very happy with how it turned out and think it strikes the balance between being simple to read but still being detailed.
